1. Executive, Marketing

Job Description :

Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns on B2C channels:

  • Collaborate with a media agency to design 360 integrated marketing buys that align with AirAsia Indonesia’s business objectives.
  • Drive campaigns on owned routes & channels to meet sales targets.
  • Create Campaign creative/EDM/Landing page concept & brief as per campaign requirements.
  • Support Marketing Analytics to drive direct online sales on the airasia.com/AirAsia move app.
  • Enhance direct sales traffic through benchmarking with Google Analytics.
  • Utilize analytics to enhance marketing decision-making with media agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Has sound understanding & knowledge of brand management, capable to propose strategy, copy and approach in supporting the manager to execute brand plans.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and responsible for producing, and compiling performance reports.

Assist broader Comm team functions:

  • Coordinate with PR/media channels on press releases and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative to develop assets and merchandise in accordance with market requirements.
  • Act as brand guardian for AirAsia when dealing with external parties.
  • Establish and cultivate long-term working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Prior experience in KOL management or existing industry contacts is a significant advantage.

Assist commercial planning with market outreach:

  • Drive growth from new and ad-hoc opportunities.
  • Work with external stakeholders (tourism boards, etc.) on joint campaigns to expand the market.
  • Execute campaigns in alignment with S&D (travel fair)  planning directions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in mass comm,  marketing, or business preferred
  • Strong digital marketing and analytics skill sets including Google Analytics, marketing analytics, CRM
  • Experience within the airline, OTA Marketing/Sales campaigns, travel distribution, hospitality, or similar consumer goods business is ideal.
  • Commercially minded with an eye for detail and a passion for good design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature in a fast-paced environment – achieving both time and budgetary deadlines.
  • A love for travel, and a keen understanding of different cultures.
  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and an efficiency-oriented mindset.
  • Min 3 to 4 years of working experience.

2. Executive, Legal

Job Description :

Functional Responsibility:

  • To conduct all legal activates of issues and documentation, including the impact of legislation and regulation on corporate activities in order to support the company to achieve seamless and smooth operations

Role Responsibility:

  • Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy
  • Adopt AirAsia’s culture and follow AirAsia’s desired behaviour
  • Ensure adequate self-development and training is undertaken to fulfil accountabilities

Functional Duties:

  • Conducting timely and accurate legal advice, representation and related services such as litigation matters and legal due diligence in accordance with the operational framework and casework guidelines . In order to support organization’s needs in legal matters.
  • Drafting and conducting on all external contractual needed by the company. In order to maintain commitment between parties and to manage cooperation in accordance with the agreed legal basis
  • Managing license or permits of the company including preparing for renewal. In order to ensure the company can have seamless operations
  • Ensuring changes to regulations of aviation and any other regulations related to legal and technical information of the main service of company are implemented accordingly. In order to keep the company compliance with the regulation

Role Duties:

  • Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance
  • Handling litigation cases as instructed by superior.
  • Prepare and format legal and management reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

Minimum working experience:

  • preferably 2 years in related field experience (legal corporate / law firm) 

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Law (SH)

Training required for the position (if any):

  • Airlines  regulation, TnC, aviation regulation or any related regulation
  • Legal SOP

3. Manager, Government Relations

Job Description :

  • Deal with aviation-transportation related government agencies and that of a spokesperson.
  • Responsible for the development and enhancement of effective relations between AirAsia and the government agencies (related to aviation-transport)
  • Develop a broad range of contacts with officers at concerned ministries, agencies and law-making bodies together with AirAsia’s government relations team for International markets.
  • Research, develop and present AirAsia policy positions across all business sectors as per group wide strategy and business objectives together with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize or attend conferences, seminars, and other public engagements with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate preparation for meetings or consultation with Government officials, authorities and stakeholders.

4. Manager, Accounting

Job Description :

Functional Responsibility:

  • Preparing for PT Indonesia AirAsia Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reporting (Statutory Reporting). 

Role Responsibility

  • Strengthen AirAsia’s brand image and customer advocacy
  • Promote AirAsia’s culture within the organization
  • Ensure transparency and promote good governance
  • Develop talents and strengthen staff capability; ensure all staff receive appropriate training

Functional Duties:

Managing and leading a team to ensure operational activity and effective delivery of accounting component

  • Ensure high-quality reconciliation and banking support services comply with relevant policies & legislation
  • Supervise for general ledger reconciliation & clearing including review and resolution of balance sheet reporting risks and management of bank & clearing accounts
  • Evaluation of current business process to improve process effectiveness
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with internal & external parties
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly,  and annual statutory reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for external auditors
  • Act as a business partner with key stakeholders and provide technical accounting advice
  • Develop team to ensure high achievement for team performance by coaching and mentoring
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
    • month and end-year process
    • accounts payable/receivable
    • cash receipts
    • general ledger
    • payroll and utilities
    • treasury, budgeting
    • cash forecasting
    • revenue and expenditure variance analysis
    • capital assets reconciliations
    • trust account statement reconciliations,

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Role Duties:

  • Lead SOP development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirement
  • Track operating progress and results against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
  • Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Merits:

Minimum working experience:

  • Eight years or more of related experience is required. Preferably including a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Public Accounting Firm 

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 

Professional qualifications:

  • Experience in Statutory accounting and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.

5. Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description :

Functional Responsibility:

  • Responsible for coordinating with the management team to prepare the corporate budget to align with the business plan

Role Responsibility

  • Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy
  • Promote AirAsia’s culture within the organization
  • Ensure transparency and promote good governance
  • Develop and retain talents to groom next generation leaderships for department

Functional Duties:

  • Ensures strategy and budget objectives are aligned
  • Ensure & monitor of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually reports, and information including operating statistics, financial ratio, income statements, balance sheets, and statement of cash flow and other as required by CFO 
  • Assessing the accuracy of financial statements and preparing reports on financial performance for upper management
  • Leads of rolling forecast for profit/loss and cash flow statements as required by CFO/Regional Finance
  • Ensure & monitor of cash flow to manage liquidity, interest rate, and foreign currency 
  • Coordinate with banks for credit facilities and other financial support 
  • Ensure & monitor ad hoc analysis including new routes study, BOI application, CAAT application

Role Duties:

  • Oversee and Analyse Financial Planning and Budget 
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with related business partners both internally and externally
  • Communicate with Local and Regional management on related topics to develop good relationship and understand business needs

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
